Our Second Cohort of Patients have graduated VIDCOE’s Diabetes Self-Management Education (Class)
We were pleased to have our second diabetes cohort graduate and we were happy to such an engaging class. It was conducted in a hybrid fashion, to include both in-person and virtual participants. This gave us an opportunity to reach more students virtually but also obtain critical feedback on our course. This intensive course is completed over a period of 8 hours and can be taken over a two week or four-week period.
During this time, we were delighted to learn more about our patient’s interest in Nutrition and we will be expanding our individual and group classes in Nutrition.
